Property Rules

The Quinta is for the exclusive use of its guests, with a proven reservation, and entry and enjoyment by any other person is expressly prohibited, without the prior consent of the owners. 

Our business is the rental of accommodation in which our guests and only our guests can enter the property and enjoy our saltwater pool, gardens and outdoor spaces that we take care of with great care and dedication. We can rent all available accommodation, but we never rent the entire farm, so the use of common spaces, indoors or outdoors, for any type of activity outside the activity arising from the accommodation and/or that involves hiring or bringing into the property any type of external services on an "outsourcing" basis (for example, hairdressers, makeup artists, catering, leftovers from events and others) is not authorized. 

Parties and/or events are prohibited. 

Check-in: 4pm-5pm Check-out: Until 11am. Requests for "early check-in" or "late check-out" require prior approval to confirm availability: Additional costs may apply. 

 We are an accommodation whose purpose is to provide moments of relaxation and energy recovery for our guests, in a calm and peaceful environment. Our focus is to contribute to memorable experiences for our customers, where respect for others in all forms is evident.
